About Your Tutors
Steve Ward and Keith Hornby are probably the most experienced and professional
tutors in the Driving Instructor Training Industry today.
Steve Ward, Former Driving Standards Agency Supervising Examiner who until recently was
responsible for the testing of ADI Part 2and 3 examinations. Steve was formerly a Police
class 1 Advanced driver before taking up his appointment with the Driving Standards
Agency. Having worked his way up within the agency, he finally reached his goal of
becoming a Supervising Examiner.
Steve has now left the DSA to allow him to concentrate
full time on helping prospective candidates to realise their dream of becoming fully
qualified DSA Approved Driving Instructors.
We are extremely honoured that Steve has chosen to work with our centre.
Keith Hornby is a qualified ADI, Instructor Trainer and a tutor in Adult and Further
Education. He has gained a wealth of experience during his 28 years within the
driver training industry, teaching at all levels from cars to L.G.V. And P.C.V.
He has a
keen interest in advanced driving, having passed the Institute of Advanced Motorist test
and The Rospa advanced driving test at Gold standard. Keith has also passed the
prestigious Cardington driving test for Instructors at grade “A”. He is a
Diamond Advanced instructor and holds the Diploma in Driving Instruction.
To Compliment their services, they are supported by a first class team of dedicated
trainers who between them they have a success rate which is second to none. They have
helped literally hundreds of potential driving instructors from all walks of life to
realise their dream of becoming fully qualified DSA Approved Driving Instructors.
